Floral Ensemble is led by artist and owner Oliva Kim.

With 25 years of experience in floral design, Oliva found her passion in the arts while still living in her native home of Seoul, South Korea. Falling in love with the naturally erupting beauty of the seasonal flowers of Korea, she peaked her interest as a student and continued her passion as a certified floral Instructor in Seoul. Set for new opportunities, challenges, and the birth of her children, Oliva and her budding family moved to Huntington Beach, California, where she re-completed her Floral Design Study at Golden West College and continued to pursue her art. 

It has been 20 years since and Oliva continues to find her passion with floral design, ever growing. She has been the event florist for both St. Vincent De Paul Church and Korean Martyrs Catholic Church for the past 20 years, and has spent the last 15 years as a wedding florist for the Los Angeles/Orange County area. 

As a literature major and a lover of fine arts and all things beautiful, Oliva's endless sense of wonder and creativity never fails to capture and create the perfect moment with just the right notes. The Floral Ensemble is a 7 person staff that also includes her loving husband and two sons, who have since, grown to be artist themselves.
